REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- No cosmetic products and crystals displayed on the portal are subject to any refund or return.
- If you do not receive your ordered shipment within 15 working days of placing the order, you have the right to request a refund equivalent to the amount paid for the order. In this case, a refund will be processed within a 7-day timeframe and subsequently initiated/credited within 10-12 business days. For orders paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be returned to the original account within 10-12 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Our aim is to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. Once an order has been placed, we do not offer the option to cancel products. However, you have the opportunity to add items to your existing order or exchange a product for an item of equal value as long as it is still pending pickup.
